Chapter Two: A Bright Light

They had all proposed their own methods to save, or at least maintain the world. Iron suggested to feed the new parasite on the sun, seeing as how it could already sustain the sun enough. Korinthine suggested a rather heretical approach, rekindle the Gods corpses in a pyre. Nhaulik suggested to use the waters. The final approach was never decided upon, unfortunately. Their split decisions only worsened their followers likeness for each other; as such, each lord set out on their own conquest. Iron began moving to what we now call "The Ride", erecting pillars of metal into his iron keep. Iron proved to be the kindest lord, providing us with information on how life used to be. Korinthine took a radically different approach, dealing battle with a being known as the "Sleeping Keeper". This being is one of great power, tasked with the remaining Gods to protect the corpses of the dead in the crypt. Her followers were gifted with great strength, that of pyromancy. They incinerated the high being, not losing a single man. Korinthine began to burrow through the walls of the crypt under High Forest. Finally, Nhaulik began its crusade back to the waters hoping to avow it's view as the appropriate action.
